Terms of Service
Last updated:
These terms apply when you use ToolsFever, create an account or buy a subscription. Please read them with our Privacy Policy and Refund & Cancellation Policy.
1. About us and these terms
ToolsFever is operated by Aazoob Technology Private Limited (Private limited company). Our address and contact details are at the end of this page.
These terms are a legal agreement between you and us. By using the website, creating an account or placing an order, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use ToolsFever.
2. Eligibility and your account
- You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract under Indian law.
- Give accurate details and keep them up to date.
- Keep your password private. You are responsible for activity on your account, so tell us straight away if you suspect someone else is using it.
- If you buy for a business, you confirm that you are authorised to act for it.
3. What we sell
ToolsFever sells monthly subscriptions and licences to software tools, mostly AI tools, made by other companies (vendors). Aazoob Technology Private Limited is the seller on your order and issues your GST invoice.
Subscriptions are sold by the seat. Each seat gives one person access to a tool: you, or another person you name (see Seats and access emails).
- Each tool is owned and operated by its vendor. When you use a tool, you also accept its vendor's terms of use and acceptable-use rules. For anything about your order, activation, billing or a tool not working as described, contact us.
- Features, limits and availability are set by the vendor and can change. We describe each tool as accurately as we can. If a change means a tool no longer matches what you paid for, you can get a refund under our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
- AI tools can produce inaccurate or unsuitable output. Check it before you rely on it.
4. Orders, prices and payment
- All prices are per seat per month, in Indian rupees (₹), and include GST. The total you pay is shown before you confirm payment.
- You can buy up to 25 seats of a tool in one order, and your GST invoice shows the number of seats.
- Your order is confirmed once your payment succeeds.
- You can pay by UPI, debit or credit card, or net banking (by card only with a billing address outside India). Payments are processed by our payment gateway, and we don't add a fee for any payment method. We never see or store your full card number, CVV, UPI PIN or net-banking password.
- We issue a GST invoice for every order. It shows your State as the place of supply, which decides whether the GST in your price appears as CGST and SGST (in Bihar) or as IGST (other States), so please choose your State correctly.
- For a business (B2B) invoice, tick “I need a GST invoice for my business” at checkout and enter your GSTIN, the business name registered with it and your billing address. We put them on your GST invoice, and you can claim input tax credit on it as allowed under GST law.
- Forgot your GSTIN at checkout? From your dashboard you can ask us to add it to that order's invoice until the GST correction deadline: 30 November after the end of the financial year (April to March) in which the invoice was issued. If we file our annual GST return for that year before then, the deadline is the day we file it. The GSTIN must be registered in the invoice's place of supply, and the invoice keeps its number, date and amounts. For an order that has been refunded in part or in full, contact us instead. After that deadline the invoice stays as issued, but you can save the GSTIN to your billing details for future orders, and for renewals of subscriptions bought in its State. A GSTIN you save in your profile's billing details works the same way.
- With a billing address outside India, you pay the same price in rupees as customers in India, and it includes GST. Your invoice shows the place of supply as outside India and treats the order as an export of services on payment of IGST: the GST in your price appears as IGST at 18%. You pay by debit or credit card. A card issued outside India is charged in rupees, and your bank converts the amount (it may add its own fees); a refund is made in rupees too. A GSTIN can't be added to such an invoice, and any taxes in your own country are not included.
- If a price is clearly wrong or we suspect fraud, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.
5. Delivery and activation
Subscriptions are delivered digitally: we email each seat's activation details to its access email, normally within 10 minutes of successful payment and at the latest within 24 hours. If we miss that, you can have a refund for each seat we didn't activate in time. Nothing is shipped physically. See our Shipping & Delivery Policy.
6. Seats and access emails
At checkout you enter an access email for each seat, and we activate the seat on that email. The person who uses a seat is its seat holder.
- Every seat holder must be 18 or older.
- Enter someone else's email only if they have agreed to you giving it to us.
- When you give us someone else's email, we send them a short notice that explains why we have it, with a link to decline. If they decline, we delete their email, and the seat is unassigned until you give us another one.
- Seat holders must follow the vendor's terms of use and acceptable-use rules.
- You are responsible for the seats you buy.
Changing an access email
To change a seat's access email, write to [email protected] from your registered email address with the subscription, the seat's current email and the new one. We activate the new email within 24 hours if the vendor allows it, and the old email loses access. Some vendors limit how often a seat can be moved to another email.
7. Subscriptions and renewals
- Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. Each billing period is one calendar month from the day your payment succeeds: for example, a subscription that starts on 3 October renews on 3 November. If the next month has no matching date, it renews on that month's last day.
- Your renewal date is shown in your dashboard.
- All the seats of a subscription renew together, as one payment. Each tool in an order is a separate subscription, so an order with several tools renews as separate payments.
- We send a renewal bill (a proforma invoice, not a tax invoice) 3 days before each renewal, by email and in your dashboard; if it goes out later, you still get at least 3 days to pay. (If you turn renewal back on after that day, the bill keeps its usual due date.) It shows the amount, the due date and how to pay or turn renewal off. When you pay, we issue the GST tax invoice.
Removing seats
To remove seats, write to [email protected] from your registered email address with the subscription and the seats to keep. Removed seats keep access until the end of the period you have paid for, and you aren't charged for them from your next renewal. We confirm it within 48 hours. If we charge you for a removed seat anyway, we refund it in full. To stop every seat, cancel the subscription.
Automatic payments
- Automatic payments (card e-mandate or UPI AutoPay) aren't available yet, so for now you pay every renewal online yourself, as described under “Renewing without automatic payments”. When they are available and you set them up, your subscription renews each month until you cancel it.
- Your bank or UPI app tells you at least 24 hours before each renewal charge, as the Reserve Bank of India requires. The notice shows the merchant name, the amount and the date, and lets you skip that one charge or cancel the mandate. You can change or cancel the mandate at any time in your bank or UPI app, and we never charge a fee for automatic payments.
- Renewal charges of up to ₹15,000 go through automatically. If a single renewal charge is more than ₹15,000, your bank will ask you to approve it each time, for example with an OTP or your UPI PIN.
- Your bank may take an automatic renewal payment later in the day, or the day after your renewal date.
- If a renewal payment fails, we email you and may try it again within 3 days. If you skip a renewal charge, or cancel the mandate after your bank or UPI app has told you about that charge, we won't try it again: we send you a renewal bill to pay online instead. If the renewal is still unpaid after 3 days, your subscription ends and you won't be charged for it again. You can subscribe again at any time.
- If you cancel the mandate before your bank or UPI app tells you about a renewal charge, nothing is charged automatically: we send you a renewal bill to pay online before your renewal date, and if you don't pay, your subscription ends when the period you have paid for ends.
Renewing without automatic payments
If you pay by net banking, or don't set up automatic payments, nothing is charged automatically. You pay each renewal bill online (UPI, card or NetBanking) from your dashboard. If you have arranged with our Support team to pay a bill another way, our staff record that payment against the bill, and the tax invoice is dated the day you paid.
If the bill isn't paid by its due date, your access continues for 3 days. If it's still unpaid, the bill expires, the subscription ends and you owe nothing. Paying late doesn't change your renewal date. If a payment you started in time reaches us within a day after the bill expired, we renew your subscription anyway; if it reaches us later, we refund it in full within 5-7 working days.
You can turn renewal back on until your access ends. After that, buy the tool again: a new subscription starts on the day you pay, with its own renewal date.
Price changes
If a price changes, we email you at least 7 days before your next renewal, so you can cancel before the new price applies. If the new price is more than your automatic-payment mandate allows, we will ask you to approve the new amount first. We won't charge it unless you do, and if you don't, your subscription ends when the period you have paid for ends.
8. Promo codes
- You can use one promo code per order, entered at checkout. Codes can't be combined, exchanged for cash or added to an order after you have paid.
- Before you pay, checkout shows the code's discount, whether it covers only the first payment or every renewal, and its minimum order, expiry date and limits.
- First-payment codes: only your first payment is discounted. Renewals cost the full price, as checkout and every renewal bill show.
- Every-renewal codes: the discount continues for as long as that subscription continues without a break, including if you cancel it and then resume it before your access ends. It ends when the subscription ends, and buying the tool again later doesn't bring it back. A flat discount on an order with several subscriptions is shared between them in proportion to their prices; if you cancel one, its share ends.
- Removing seats: with an every-renewal code, a percentage discount applies to the seats that remain. A flat discount stays the same, but never makes a renewal free.
- We may withdraw or change a code for new orders. We never change the discount on an order you have already paid for, or on the renewals an every-renewal code covers.
- A price change applies to the price before the discount (see “Price changes” above).
- Refunds: a code counts as used once you pay, even if the order is later refunded. If we refund an order because of our mistake, we give you a replacement code.
9. Referral program
- Who can take part: any customer with an account can share their referral link or code. A friend can use it on their first order only: when no order has been paid before with the same account, email, phone number, GSTIN or billing address (an order whose payment failed, or that was cancelled before it was paid, doesn't count). Nobody can use their own code.
- Your friend's discount: a percentage off their first order, shown on your Refer & earn page and at checkout, and on their GST invoice as a discount. It can't be combined with a promo code: one discount per order.
- Your reward is account credit: a share of what your friend paid before GST, added a set number of days after their order if it hasn't been refunded or cancelled by then. Your Refer & earn page shows the rates, the waiting time, any monthly limit and the level bonuses. Referral credit isn't cash and can't be paid to a bank: it pays for orders and renewals, which use it first.
- Abuse: we may check a referral before adding its reward, and cancel rewards not yet added for self-referrals, fake accounts, spam or anything else that games the program.
- We can change the rates or end the program at any time. A reward for an order already placed keeps the amount and date it was given; a level bonus follows the levels in place when you reach that level.
10. Cancellation and refunds
You can cancel any time from Dashboard > My subscriptions or by writing to [email protected]. Cancelling stops renewals for every seat of that subscription. All its seats keep access until the end of the period you have paid for. There are no cancellation charges. When and how refunds are given is explained in our Refund & Cancellation Policy. A refund goes back to how you paid, or to your account credit if you ask for that; account credit never expires, and we pay it to your bank account whenever you ask.
11. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- resell seats, or let anyone other than a seat's holder use it;
- use any tool or this website for anything unlawful, harmful or infringing;
- try to break our security, scrape the site or overload our systems;
- give false information or make fraudulent payments or chargebacks.
12. Reviews
- Who can review: only a verified buyer, meaning an account that paid for the tool and has at least one seat activated. One review per tool per account, shown with your first name and the first letter of your last name, and a “Verified buyer” label. We don't pay for reviews or offer anything in return for them.
- Moderation: we check every review before it's published, and publish good and bad reviews alike. We may decline a review that isn't about the tool, is abusive or offensive, contains personal information (yours or anyone else's), or contains links or advertising; we tell you the reason, and you can edit it and send it again. A tool's rating counts published reviews only.
- Our edits: we may edit a review's title, text or star rating, only to remove abusive language or personal information, fix spelling, or for another reason we state. Every edit is labelled on the review as “Edited by ToolsFever” with the date (and “Rating edited by ToolsFever” if the stars changed), we keep your original words, and we tell you, so you can keep our edit, change it back or delete the review.
- Your review stays yours: you can change or delete it at any time from the tool's page (or, for a tool we no longer sell, through Support). A changed review is checked again before it's published. To have a review removed, delete it yourself or write to [email protected]. We may reply to a review publicly, as ToolsFever.
13. Intellectual property
The ToolsFever name, logo, website design and content belong to us or our licensors. Tool names, logos and trademarks belong to their owners. Unless we say otherwise, listing a tool does not mean its vendor endorses ToolsFever.
14. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
We do not control the vendors' tools and cannot promise that they will always be available or error-free. Our own guarantee is in our Refund & Cancellation Policy: if a seat is not activated within 24 hours, you get a refund for that seat, and if a tool does not work as described or does not match what we advertised, and we cannot fix it within 7 days of your report, you get that month's charge back. Any extra warranty or guarantee the vendor gives also applies.
As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits or data, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the affected subscription in the three months before the claim.
Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
15. Suspension and closing your account
We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, is used for fraud, or when the law requires it. Where reasonable, we will tell you first. We may also pause (suspend) a single subscription while we look into misuse of it, or while its vendor has a problem that stops it working; we email you the reason, and your dashboard shows it as suspended. If a vendor problem isn't fixed within 7 days of the pause, you get that month's charge back. You can close your account at any time by writing to us. Subscriptions you have paid for stay active until the end of their period, and refunds follow our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
16. Privacy
How we handle your personal data is explained in our Privacy Policy.
17. Complaints
If something goes wrong, you can contact our support team or write directly to our Grievance Officer. We acknowledge complaints within 48 hours and resolve them within one month of receiving them.
18. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Biharsharif have jurisdiction over any dispute. This does not affect your right as a consumer to file a complaint with the consumer commission for the place where you live or work, as the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 allows.
19. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version, and we will tell you about important changes by email or on the site. For active subscriptions, changes apply from your next billing period.
20. General
These terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Refund & Cancellation Policy and Shipping & Delivery Policy, are the whole agreement between you and us. If any part is found unenforceable, the rest still applies. If we do not enforce a right straight away, we can still enforce it later.
