4. If your complaint isn't resolved
- National Consumer Helpline: call 1915 or 1800-11-4000 (toll-free, 8:00 am to 8:00 pm every day except national holidays), send a WhatsApp message or SMS to +91 8800001915, or file a complaint at consumerhelpline.gov.in (opens in a new tab) or in the NCH or UMANG app.
- Consumer commissions: you can file a consumer complaint online through e-Jagriti (opens in a new tab), the government's portal for consumer commissions. You can choose the commission for the place where you live or work.
- Payment problems: if money was debited for a failed payment and not returned on time, or a refund we have sent has not reached your account, complain to your bank or payment app first. If they reject your complaint or don't reply in time, you can complain to the Reserve Bank of India's Integrated Ombudsman at cms.rbi.org.in (opens in a new tab).
- Personal data complaints: write to our Grievance Officer first. You may also be able to claim compensation under section 43A of the Information Technology Act, 2000 by applying to the Adjudicating Officer appointed under that Act. Once the Data Protection Board of India starts accepting complaints (expected from May 2027), you will be able to complain to it after using our grievance process. We will add the link here when it is available.
